At this time we do not offer refunds or returns, please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will be happy to help where possible.
Due to the logistics surrounding refunds on the amount meant to be donated we are working on setting up a system to issue refunds while still ensuring the full donation amount is made. We will announce when we start to implement a solution and will update this page with any changes.
Damaged or Flawed Products?
If your product is flawed or damaged we can likely issue a free replacement on qualifying items. Please send us an image of the damaged or flawed item and an explanation of the damages or flaws.

-Must provide clear pictures within 24hrs of noticing damages or flaws
-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
